Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform precision panel beating, including dent removal, scratch repair, and panel replacement, on a variety of luxury vehicles.
2. Work with a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless results and seamless integration with the vehicle's original design.
3. Utilize state-of-the-art tools, equipment, and techniques to achieve the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced workshop environment to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
About You
6. Proven experience as a panel beater, preferably in a luxury automotive repair setting.
7. Proficiency in all aspects of panel beating, including metal shaping, welding, and finishing.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
9. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
10. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
11. Valid driver's license, ideally with a clean driving record.
