We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join our culinary team at Noble House, Worcester.

The role of Apprentice Chef will include:
* Assist in the delivery of a versatile and high-standard catering service that meets the needs and preferences of all customers.
* Support residents with individual dietary requirements, including special diets and allergen considerations.
* Help manage food stock and supplies to ensure menu delivery aligns with budgetary constraints and operational needs of the Taste restaurants.
* Receive and check food stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Adhere to the Food Safety Management System, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records as required.
* Perform routine cleaning of all food service areas and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.
Skills and experiences:
* A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade D or E and above (grades 2 - 3) or equivalent in Maths and English
* A genuine interest in cooking and a desire to learn.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided).
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
