Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering training in Marine Control Systems and Diagnostics
* Supporting departmental tasks within your skill set as required
* Maintaining and updating training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
* Assessing student coursework and providing constructive feedback on performance
* Ensuring trainee welfare and progression throughout the training delivery
* Following all security, health, safety, and environmental procedures, while maintaining your own professional development records
Job Requirements
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
* Proficiency in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
* Proven experience in Electrical and Electronic Engineering principles
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
* Level 3 Teaching Qualification / Train The Trainer Course or equivalent
* Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian engineering environment
