3. Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
7. Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting requirements.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoice queries.
9. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
10. Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
