Reward 9am 5pm Monday to Friday 20 days holiday bank holidays Company pension Office-based role with opportunities for on-site customer interaction Opportunities for training and professional development A supportive and collaborative work environment Company vehicle may be available for travel to client sites Job Role: Customer Support: Providing technical support via phone and email Troubleshooting technical issues related to systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity Logging and tracking support requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Escalating complex issues to senior technical staff as needed Project Development: Assisting in the installation and configuration of systems at client locations Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards Providing on-site training on the use of new systems Collaborating with project managers to coordinate deployment schedules and logistics Warehouse Operations: Managing inventory of equipment and related accessories Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments Preparing and packing equipment for project deployments and customer orders Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment Conducting regular stock checks and report discrepancies Skills and experience: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift and move equipment within the warehouse and on-site Valid UK driving license (essential) Previous experience in a similar role (customer support, field service, warehouse operations) is a plus Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
