An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join a successful independent estate agency. This role is suited to a skilled estate agent with a proven ability to value and list residential properties. The successful candidate will be confident, professional, and capable of winning instructions across all price ranges while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Carrying out residential property valuations Winning new instructions at appropriate prices and fees Listing properties and overseeing the launch to market Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities Representing the company professionally at all times Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets Maintaining knowledge of the local Epsom property market What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential property sales Demonstrable success in valuing and listing properties Strong instruction-winning ability High standards of customer service Confident and professional telephone manner Smart, articulate, and well-presented Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Local knowledge of Epsom and surrounding areas advantageous Full UK driving licence What's In It For You?
