Customer Service Co-ordinator - 6 month FTC The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Customer service team in Bellshill on a fixed term basis. What you’ll be doing As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact to provide support and handle enquires. With great customer service at the forefront of what we do, you will create and manage customer sales orders and ensure the accuracy of delivery information. Manage all shipments and bookings with Freight Forwarders in preparation of export documentation. Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial, production and logistics to ensure that orders are delivered to our customers on time and in full. About You Previous experience in customer service or order management. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
