After an initial training period, as Field Service Engineer you’ll be based from home and be responsible for preventative maintenance inspections as well as the reactive maintenance, service and breakdown repair of fuel pumping and dispensing equipment throughout the central belt of Scotland and the North when required, working to strict SLAs and be on-call 1 in 3 weekends. You will be qualified within Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or Vehicle Mechanics; be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within a field service, workshop or a multi-skilled maintenance engineering capacity and have experience on the reactive maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment. Experience of working on motors, belts, switches, pumps, hydraulics as well as basic electrical fault finding using handheld test equipment is desirable.
