The role
Job Description
- Manage the full pipeline of capital receipts through a range of disposal methods, including:
- Auctions
- Open market sales
- Conditional sales
- Community asset transfers
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of assets, including:
- Industrial properties
- Agricultural land
- Garages
- Sites with housing development potential
- Manage a disposal pipeline of approximately 70 assets over a five-year programme, with the pipeline reviewed and amended annually following strategy reviews.
- Lead the end-to-end disposal process, including options appraisals, stakeholder engagement, and transaction management.
