Marble Talent Group are seeking an Electrical Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Burnley, with the potential to transition into a hybrid position. The successful candidate will oversee electrical works across multiple projects, lead a team of Electrical Engineers, and ensure all installations are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role involving technical planning, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers across multiple sites

Oversee electrical installations and commissioning activities
*
Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to design effective system layouts
*
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
*
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance
*
Liaise with clients, project managers, and trades to ensure smooth delivery
*
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to project case studies
*
Support the training and development of team members, including NVQ progression
Experience & Qualifications
*
Proven track record in electrical installation and team leadership
*
Strong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
*
Valid CSCS card with a commitment to upholding H&S standards
*
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
*
NVQ qualifications in Electrical Installation are desirable (investment available post-probation)
*
Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
Location & Hours
*
Projects primarily across the North West
*
Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required
*
Flexibility to work both day and twilight shifts
*
Twilight shifts: four nights per week (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM), with Fridays off for a long weekend
