Precontract Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate precontract activities and prepare documentation in line with governance requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the precontract phase.
- Support project initiation, risk identification and documentation control.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary construction consultancy.
- Strong organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management tools.
- Proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Confidence to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
