As we continue to grow egg as a media brand, we are looking for a Senior Partnerships & Operations Manager to help lead the delivery of our partnerships, campaigns and events while helping build the systems and structure that will support the next stage of our growth.
This is a key role within the business and a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder to shape how egg grows and operates.
About the role
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for overseeing the delivery of egg’s brand partnerships, commercial campaigns and event activations.
You will act as the operational lead within the business - ensuring that campaigns, partnerships and events are delivered to a high standard while also helping to develop the systems, timelines and processes that allow the business to scale.
The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, media, events and content and would suit someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical delivery.
You will work closely with the founder to translate ideas and opportunities into structured plans and successful campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Partnerships and Account Leadership
Lead the day-to-day management of egg’s brand partnerships and sponsorship relationships
Ensure all partnership activity is delivered professionally and provides meaningful value to partners
Manage timelines, deliverables and reporting for campaigns and collaborations
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and create additional commercial value
Act as a trusted partner to brands working with egg
Campaign and Media Delivery
Oversee the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across events, content and social media
Ensure brand collaborations are integrated across egg’s media platform and events in a thoughtful and strategic way
Work with the team to ensure content and campaign deliverables are executed effectively and on schedule
Maintain a high standard of delivery across all partnerships and collaborations
Events and Activations
Oversee the planning and delivery of egg events across Scotland, including Women on Top events and the annual Summit
Work with venues, suppliers and internal team members to ensure events are delivered professionally and reflect the egg brand
Ensure brand partners are integrated into events in a creative and valuable way
Operational Systems and Structure
Develop and implement systems, timelines and processes that support the smooth running of the business
Introduce clear project management structures for partnerships, campaigns and events
Ensure the team has visibility on priorities, timelines and deliverables
Work closely with the founder to help translate strategic ideas into operational plans
Team Leadership
Provide guidance and direction to interns and freelance support across content, marketing and events
Help build a collaborative and organised working culture
Support the development of junior team members
About you
We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality campaigns and partnerships.
You will likely have around 5–8 years of professional experience and may currently be working in a PR, marketing or events agency, or in a partnerships or marketing role within a media or startup environment.
You will probably have experience:
Managing accounts, campaigns or brand partnerships
Coordinating multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Working closely with clients or stakeholders
Building operational systems that help teams deliver work efficiently
Leading or mentoring junior team members
You are someone who:
Is highly organised and detail-oriented
Is commercially minded and understands how partnerships deliver value
Enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
Is happy to be hands-on when needed
