Legal Administration Manager

£40,000 DOE

London WC2R / Hybrid working

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead a busy administration function and support the continued efficiency of a well-established legal practice.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and improving processes within a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day administrative operations including file management, compliance, document control, scanning, data entry and client communications, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard.

A key part of the role will involve managing and developing a small team, carrying out 1-2-1s and appraisals, and promoting a strong, client-focused and adaptable working culture. You will also be responsible for producing KPI and management information, supporting Lexcel compliance, and driving continuous improvement across systems, policies and workflows.

The role will suit someone with at least 18 months’ experience in an administrative management position, ideally within a legal or professional services environment, who is confident leading a team, managing competing priorities, and delivering operational improvements.
