We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our team and support Cloud Contact Center platforms ( NICE Cxone ). You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process.
CRM integration experience
~ Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
