HR Advisor, West Cumbria, £29,500 – £35,000, Permanent, Full Time, Site Based Role Looking for a fresh challenge where your HR expertise can drive real change? As HR Advisor, you’ll deliver a proactive, responsive HR service, advising on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and staff development. You’ll work closely with managers to create a culture that’s inclusive, safe, and inspiring. You’ll also lead on HR projects, support organisational change, and help embed best practice across the organisation. Your impact will be felt in everything from supporting managers through complex HR issues to leading staff induction and producing key management reports You’ll champion wellbeing, drive continuous improvement, and help shape initiatives that make a real difference to colleagues’ working lives. You’ll need CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) and solid experience in a busy HR environment. If you’re confident advising managers, know your way around employee relations and employment law, and have a keen eye for detail, you’ll thrive here. Strong organisation, commitment to inclusion and a people-first approach are essential. CIPD Level 5 is a bonus, but not required. Please note that this role is fully site based and the organisation does not offer a hybrid working arrangement, therefore you will need to live within reasonable travel distance from Workington.
