Job Description

3. Process payments accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company guidelines.
4. Reconcile payment records and address discrepancies when they arise.
5. Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial documentation.
6. Support the accounting and finance department with general administrative tasks.
7. Respond to payment-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
9. Assist in preparing reports related to payments and transactions.
10. Adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payments Administrator should have:

11. Be numerically minded
12. Be great on the phone as will be dealing with multiple queries a day
13. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
14. Experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance department.
15. Knowledge of payment procedures and reconciliation processes.
16. Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and external contacts.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
