Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn chwilio am Brif Weithredwr blaengar a llawn ysbrydoliaeth i arwain y Cyngor i mewn i’w bennod drawsnewidiol nesaf. Fel Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cyflogedig, byddwch chi’n darparu arweinyddiaeth strategol ar draws y Cyngor, gan gydweithio’n agos gydag Aelodau Etholedig i ddatblygu blaenoriaethau allweddol, cynnal ein gwerthoedd a diwylliant y sefydliad a sbarduno defnydd strategol o adnoddau cyhoeddus er mwyn darparu buddion cynaliadwy, hirdymor i’n cymunedau.

Rydym yn chwilio am arweinydd a all rymuso ein gweithlu dawnus, arwain uwch dîm strategol a blaengar a sicrhau bod ein Cynllun Corfforaethol uchelgeisiol yn cael ei gyflawni. Role and Responsibilities
Chief Executive
Salary: £149,074 - £153,584
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Denbighshire (Agile and Flexible options available)
Relocation: Allowance of up to £8,000
Denbighshire County Council is seeking a visionary and inspirational Chief Executive to lead the Council into its next transformative chapter. As Head of Paid Service, you will provide strategic leadership across the Council, working in close collaboration with elected Members to advance key priorities, uphold our values and organisational culture, and drive the strategic use of public resources to deliver sustainable, long-term benefits for our communities.
This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of local government in a high-performing authority. We are looking for a leader who can empower our talented workforce, guide a progressive and strategic senior team, and drive delivery of our ambitious Corporate Plan. The ideal candidate will be politically and financially astute, deeply people-focused, and passionate about place, with a strong record of executive leadership and successful collaboration across complex public sector landscapes.
