Shift Pattern: Night Shifts
Rate : £26 ph Ltd
Contract Type: Long-Term Agency Contract.

About Holt Ward:
Holt Ward is a dynamic and welcoming environment, offering excellent care and support working aged adults. The ward is a 14 Bed, mixed gender assessment ward based in Worcester. Holt take all admissions from the community for patients in acute crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high standards of nursing care during night shifts
2. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well-being
3. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medication, and provide emotional support
4. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
5. Contribute to a positive working environment and promote continuous improvement in care quality
Requirements:
6. Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
7. In date Safety Intervention Training. Rate rises can be agreed for candidates with existing S.I training
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time well
10. Previous experience in a similar clinical setting (desirable but not essential)
11. A commitment to delivering person-centered care
