Role: Business Development Representative

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a high-growth technology business based in Manchester’s vibrant city centre. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be an integral part of a growing sales team, working alongside motivated, like-minded individuals to help scale the company’s client base.

You’ll play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth, identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients while nurturing relationships with decision-makers and working closely with the wider sales, commercial and marketing functions.

About

* £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1 £45K+)
* Modern offices across greater Manchester
* Friendly, open-minded, collaborative culture
* Huge potential for progression, many Business Development Representatives move into Account Executives or Senior Roles within 12–18 months.
* Work closely with experienced sales leaders and gain exposure to clients like Shopify, Zendesk, and Klaviyo.
