Manpower are recruiting to join a long-standing team supporting the Warehousing and Operations side on Site. This role is ideal for an experienced Yard Person / FLT Driver looking to work in a busy and supportive environment.
Location
1. Outskirts of Louth
2. Own transport essential due to site location (no public transport available)
Shift Pattern
Rotating shift pattern (must be able to work on both shift patterns.
Week 1
3. Monday - Thursday: 6am - 2pm & Friday: 7am-6pm
Week 2
4. Monday - Thursday: 2pm - 10pm
5. Sunday: 7am - 6pm
Weekend work is required, with days off given during the week on an alternating basis.
Pay Rate
£14.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities
6. Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
7. Supporting warehouse and yard operations
8. Moving and organising stock within the yard and warehouse areas
9. Using scanning equipment to track and manage stock
10. Assisting across different operational roles when required
What We're Looking For
Experience
11. Previous experience working as a Yard Person or FLT Driver in a similar environment
12. Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience (must be able to evidence)
Qualifications
13. Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence
Skills & Attributes
14. Confident using scanning equipment
15. Flexible and willing to support different operational tasks
16. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

17. Reliable and punctual
18. Must have reliable transport, live locally, or not rely on public transport due to site location
