We are currently working with a well-respected independent agency that has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join their close-knit team based in the Loughton area, on either a full or part-time basis.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
1. Deliver outstanding day-to-day property management service
2. Proactively and confidently manage tenant and landlord queries and issues
3. Keep up to date with relevant legislation and compliance
4. Oversee all aspects of residential property management
5. Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers to arrange works
6. Ensure landlord utility accounts and council tax matters are correctly managed
7. Organise inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and property visits
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth portfolio management
Property Manager requirements:
9. Minimum 18 months’ experience in residential property management
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
12. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
13. Ability to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
14. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
