Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

We have an opportunity for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon to lead a small animal practice in Borehamwood.
The practice is looking for a veterinary surgeon who has good experience gained in a small animal practice, excellent communication skills and the ability to create trusting and dependable relationships with your clients.
This role is full time with shifts from 9am to 7pm, along with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

About you
22. You will have practical experience gained in a small animal practice
23. You will be comfortable working sole charge
24. You will ideally have a bias or area of specialism that you would like to pursue
25. You will be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations
26. You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic surgeon
27. An interest in pursuing a certificate would be supported and encouraged
28. You will be ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking veterinary surgeon
29. You will set a positive working environment and lead by example
30. You will enjoy mentoring and coaching others and sharing knowledge and experience
31. You will have a calming approach when dealing with a busy practice environment

Package:
43. Salary: Up to £70, per annum, commensurate to experience
44. Holidays: 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays
