Position
Due to increased student numbers and our new partnership with BGU, we are opening a new campus in Nottingham, in addition to our London campuses. We are seeking a Student and Academic Support Officer to join us on a permanent basis in Nottingham.
The role involves performing front-facing customer service and administrative tasks, enhancing student experiences and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* This is the first and last point of contact for all students at TLG, handling day-to-day enquiries and providing advice and support at the front desk.
* Work collaboratively with other student support officers to provide basic advice and referrals.
* Act as a referral point to offer support, guidance, information, and confidential advice to students.
* This role is part of TLG HE administration, reporting to the Student Services Manager.
* This position requires working on weekends.
