Overview

Responsibilities

* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
* Dealing with existing and new franchise requests.
* Supporting the operations team in assisting the network of 150 franchises throughout the UK and Eire.
* Database inputting.
* Day to day general office administration.

* Self-motivated.
* Good telephone manner essential.
* Knowledge of IT procedures.
* Good Excel and Word knowledge.
* Integrity, consistently adhering to high professional standards.
* Articulate, confident and outgoing.
* Committed, reliable and well presented.
* Willingness to learn.


Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,750 to £28,000 per annum

Benefits: Company pension

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
