What You’ll Be Doing? * Lead & Develop: Manage commercial activities across multiple projects, mentoring Surveyors and driving team performance. * Financial Control: Own budgets, oversee CVRs, and act as the lead for all client commercial matters. * Strategic Influence: Represent the commercial function in tender adjudications and monthly Contract Review Meetings. * Procurement Oversight: Work with procurement to secure competitive supply chain solutions in line with budgets and timescales. * Build Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure long-term success. What We’re Looking For? * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management * Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within the Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance sector. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. * Solid knowledge of budgeting, CVR processes, and commercial governance. * Confident communicator, able to build strong client and stakeholder relationships. * A results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
