Pay: £160 per day (Van provided) £180 a day (Using own van) (Self-Employed)

Contract Type: Long-Term, Ongoing (Self-Employed)
About the Role:
Our client, a well-established, family-run maintenance contractor based in East Anglia, is currently seeking experienced Floor Layers to work on social housing properties, primarily voids, in and around Wisbech and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable company, offering excellent rates and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing a range of flooring types including:
o Altro floors
o Cap and cove
o PolySafe
o Flat lay
o Floor Laying
o Latex and floor preparation
* Working primarily on void properties
* Travelling across Wisbech and surrounding areas
Requirements:
* Proven experience in floor laying (as listed above)
* Previous experience in floor laying in social housing preferred but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Must be reliable and able to work independently
Working Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday, full-time
* £160 day rate (van provided) £180 (using own van) (self-employed)
* Company van and fuel card available if required
