We’re working in partnership with a leading office design and build consultancy based in Central London to find a high-calibre Business Development Manager to join their growing internal sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative sales professional who thrives on building meaningful, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. The role is ideally suited to someone with a strategic, research-led approach to business development – not a hard-sell mindset, but someone who enjoys the process of nurturing opportunities over time. The Role: * Proactively research and identify companies planning to relocate or refurbish their office space * Engage with key decision-makers – including Heads of Real Estate, Workplace Directors, and Facilities Managers * Make daily outbound calls to introduce the company’s services and secure meetings for the external sales team * Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle * Work closely with the wider commercial team to contribute to a longer-term business development strategy * Stay informed on market trends, company activity, and opportunities in the London workspace market The Ideal Candidate: * A confident communicator who enjoys making outbound calls and engaging senior-level professionals * Strong research and analytical skills – you’re naturally curious and commercially astute * A consultative approach to sales – you value relationships over quick wins and understand longer sales cycles * Someone with the mindset of an Account Manager – rapport-driven, professional, and credible * Experience in the office interiors or commercial property sector is desirable, but not essential * Most importantly, you’ll have the right personality and motivation to build a long-term career What’s on Offer: * Join a well-respected, design-led company with a strong reputation in the market * A collaborative, fun, and supportive office environment * The autonomy to own your approach while being part of a high-performing team * Genuine opportunities for progression within a business that values long-term development * A base salary of £50,000 – £60,000 with realistic OTE of £75,000 – £85,000 * Central London office location with some flexibility around remote working If you're someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a forward-thinking, creative business – we’d love to speak with you.
