Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a capable and confident IT Support engineer to join them in expansion. No day is the same, some days will be based in the office, other days out on site whether it be installing a PC, diagnosing a network fault, installing data cabling or even commissioning CCTV and Alarm systems.
Our client aims to offer an in-house solution for all their customers technology needs. Starting from advanced IT Support, right through to PAT Testing the appliances that our end users are using on a daily basis.
To thrive in this position you will need to be a team player, as well as being able to confidently work on your own.
Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
Provide IT support to our end users (remotely, via email, via phone or in person)
Administer user accounts and licensing using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Liase with current and prospective suppliers
Work with our BDM to strategise new sales
Install data cabling for networks and cctv systems
Maintenance/installation of CCTV and Intruder Alarm equipment
PAT Testing (training given)
Requirements for our job role
Minimum 2 years in an IT background
Full UK Driving license
Working at height certifications (desired but not essential)
CSCS card (desired but not essential)
All interviews are to be held in person at their main office in Ripley.
