From the start of 2026, we are inviting three experienced agents to join the Cheshire Prime Property team.

* Industry-leading prospecting tools
* High-quality property marketing equipment – including camera and drone.
* CRM system
* Quarterly market insights tailored to the Cheshire market.
* Ongoing support and training with valuations
* Compliance and regulatory guidance
* Full Cheshire Prime Property branding, including boards, business cards etc.
* Business planning support, including cash flow forecasting.
* Weekly team meetings and monthly one-to-one
* Structured onboarding and training
* Agent promotion through the Cheshire Prime Property website and social media platforms, with a combined following of over 50,000 across platforms
Who are we looking for to join the team?
* A minimum of three-year experience in residential property sales
* Strong knowledge of the Cheshire property market (preferred)
* Self-motivated, with a proactive approach
* High standards in communication, presentation, and service delivery
* Well-connected across Cheshire
Commission Structure
Cheshire Prime Property offers a competitive commission split.
Agents will receive 70% of the sales fee upon completion of each sale.
