Customer Service Advisor

We’re now looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy automotive repair centre in Newark. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

14. Welcome customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner

15. Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates

16. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication

17. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

18. Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

19. Previous experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience desirable but not essential)

20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

21. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

22. Confident IT skills and willingness to learn new systems

23. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
