Your newpanyA leading constructionpany are seeking to recruit a Customer Executive to work within their open office Team. Thispany are search for a confidentmunicator who is professional, able to work well under pressure and contribute within a small team. This role is office-based in Wigan, offering career progression, self-development and along with other great benefits.Standard working hours are Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm with 30 minutes lunch break, there can be some flexibility around this if required for the right candidate.Your new roleAs Customer Executive you will be expected to support the wider office team, which will include:
1. Administration support
2. Customer service support via email, telephone and sometimes face-to-face.
3. You will build strong relationships by acting as a liaison between contractors and residents.
4. Oversee maintenance requests and update systems information for the Service Manager.
5. Organise property viewings (virtual and in-person) for potential residents.
6. Arranging move-ins, property tours, and providing information.
7. Process agreements, renewing tenancies, and collecting holding fees.
8. Manage property inventories, inspections, and updates to our CRM system.
9. Assist in planning and runningmunity events.
10. Be the first point of contact for enquiries
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you should have:
11. Excellent verbal/ writtenmunication skills
12. A professional and pleasant friendly tone over the phone to clients and customers
13. Proactive, motivated and a good team work ethic to progress
14. Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
15. Take the initiative to solve problems and get things done.
16. Be able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be paid apetitive annual salary of £28,000 depending on experience, plus annualpany bonus, depending on profit.
