Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience in the construction industry? We’re working with a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a varied role combining general project support with some PA responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teams

Coordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project files
*
Preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules
*
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
*
Booking meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel for senior management
*
Supporting with ad hoc office administration to keep everything running smoothly

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is essential

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems
