Nurse required. My client is a well-respected Health Care Provider with 6 care communities across the North-West, with over a decade of experience providing specialist care to people living with Alzheimers, mental health issues, alcohol and drug dependencies, and those in need of rehabilitation. Christian values are important to my client, guiding everything they do to put resident needs at the heart of their service. This service has a total of 150 beds; each separate unit accommodates 30 beds and is staffed by a unit manager, nurses, and care staff who work exclusively on that unit, fostering small, family-like environments. This service cares for older adults with dementia and nursing needs.

Nurse Duties:
1. Provide nursing care under the direction of the Manager in accordance with current best practice, and according to legislative requirements, policies, procedures, and agreed standards.
2. Develop Care Planning activities for residents to meet their changing needs, in collaboration with their family and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
3. Ensure the care needs of residents are met in a way that respects their dignity and privacy, providing person-centred care that promotes independence and choice.
4. Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.
5. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
Nurse Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
2. Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
3. Proven track record of person-centred care planning
4. Experienced leader and mentor
5. A passion for delivering high standards of care
