DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the post of Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate will have:
* excellent classroom skills and experience of modelling good practice, with the ability to train and develop colleagues
* effective management and leadership skills
* the enthusiasm and commitment to adapt and lead change
* a background of promoting high standards
* the ability to work effectively with staff, parents and governors
* the ability to help maintain and develop the high standards and good practice already established in the school
* the ability to respond positively to challenges and share the school's positive vision
the ability to carry out tasks and responsibilities allocated by the Headteacher.
