Principal Structural Engineer
Salary: up to £85,000 per year DOE + 15% bonus + benefits
Location: Leeds – with flexible working options available
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends
The Opportunity

With a growing client base and increasing project demand, our client are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to join their Leeds office and play a key role in shaping the future leadership of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, graduates, and technicians
* Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality results
* Contribute to business development, client relationships, and strategic growth
* Support and mentor junior staff and contribute to the management team as appropriate
What We’re Looking For
* Chartered Member of IStructE (or ICE) with at least 5 years post-chartership experience
* Strong technical design expertise (including TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, MasterSeries, etc.)
* Proven ability to lead projects, manage resources and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Full UK driving licence
