We are looking at new ways of engaging with the community and taking a more preventative approach, e.g.: Community Led Support and Integration with Health. We are looking for candidates with transferrable skills to be able to work closely with statutory and voluntary teams to provide the best service for service users. You will need to have the highest professional standards, be emotionally mature, have a strong desire to help others and be able to show dignity and respect to all people. Opportunities for further training such social work training and development in regard's Adult Protection and Mental Health Officer are available and supported through the supervision process## EssentialRegistration with the relevant professional body: Social Work, 2 years post qualifying experience in relevant field. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary context.
