The Best Connection is working with our client based in Birtley. They are a transportation company specializing in transportation of temperature controlled products. Due to increase in workload they now require an Administrator to join their busy team.
Duties will include:
· Answering telephone enquiries
· Taking breakdown information
· Generating job cards and tracking
· Booking in services and repairs
· Dealing with any customer enquiries
· Liaising with Engineers for job updates
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be IT literate.
Hours of work:
· Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
· 60 minute lunch break
Rates of pay:
· £12.75 per hour
· There is some negotiation based on experience.
The role is being offered on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate
