Business Development Manager – UK & Europe (IT Services | UK-based Position | UK Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager (BDM), to be based out of United Kingdom, to lead our expansion across the UK and European markets. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience and successful track record with an IT services business providing Custom Application Development & Modernization, and Digital Transformation Services, and must be familiar with offshore/onshore delivery models.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business development and revenue growth across the UK and Europe.
* Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
* Promote DSRC’s offerings in custom application development, digital transformation, support & maintenance, cloud, and AI-led services.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation, prospecting to negotiation and closure. Your role would include engaging with prospective customers positioning DSRC's custom application development services and be responsible for converting prospective leads/businesses into successful customers.
* Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and delivery teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions.


Qualifications & Experience

* This is a mid-to-senior role with 5 - 9 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the IT services or software development sector.
* Demonstrated success in winning new business and managing C-level relationships.
* Strong understanding of UK and European technology buyers and offshore/onshore delivery models.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.


Required Skills

* Exceptional verbal and written communication.
* Strong presentation and client engagement capabilities.
* Must be familiar using CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) for sales and marketing automation, and experience using data platforms and be competent to perform 360-degree analysis of the prospective business (BANT analysis).
* Experience in digital transformation, cloud services, and application development sales.
* Familiarity with offshore/hybrid software delivery models.
* Skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
