A well-established architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit team. With over four decades of experience across the residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education sectors, the studio offers a broad and rewarding project portfolio-including a major industrial scheme currently underway and long-standing collaborations with local councils.About the TeamYou'll be joining a team of five, including senior architects and technologists, with plans to grow to six. The studio values collaboration, technical excellence, and a friendly, down-to-earth culture. Regular CPD sessions in Manchester and a flexible working rhythm (e.g., 9:30-6 or early start/finish) reflect their commitment to professional development and work-life balance.What You'll Do
* Prepare technical design and construction information
* Support project management and tender documentation
* Work across sectors, with a focus on residential and industrial
* Engage directly with clients and consultants
* Attend site visits (a clean driving licence is beneficial)
What They're Looking For
* Experience: Ideally 2-3 years post-qualification, with exposure to office-based project work
* Software: AutoCAD proficiency is essential; Revit experience is a bonus
* Portfolio: Strong technical drawings from any sector-residential experience is highly transferable
* Personality: Detail-oriented, communicative, and confident in client-facing roles
* Ambition: There's room to grow and shape your path (Part 2 candidates will also be considered)
