Overview
Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our successfully growing Facilities Management client. The role will be strongly focused around the support you can offer to stakeholders and colleagues within the business. This role will be based on site at the client's premises in Darlington. This role is starting ASAP and would look to go permanent for the right candidate. This is a temporary ongoing role. Working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch).
Location: Darlington. Salary/Rate: Competitive £12.60 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Receptionist / Front of House duties
* Greeting and checking in visitors to the building
* Allocating visitor passes / badges
* Taking inbound calls and responding to emails and queries
* Sorting through post and arranging letters to be sent out
* General administration and customer service tasks
Experience & Skills
* Previously worked in a Front of House / Receptionist position
* Great communication skills face to face, over the phone and via email
* Organised and punctual
* DBS: would need a DBS or be able to pass a DBS check
