Help Us Build the SXSW of Dentistry
Global Dental Collective is not just a dental brand — we’re building the Web Summit, TED, or SXSW of the dental world.
We fuse fashion, music, art, theatre, and technology into bold, immersive experiences that transform how dentistry looks, feels, and connects.
From theatre-style debates and DJ-backed panels to our membership platform and creative community, we’re redefining dental culture — and building something that feels alive.
We’re early-stage, moving fast, and looking for someone who wants to create, build, and grow with us — not just work for us.
About the Role
This is a hands-on content and campaign role for a true creator — someone who can take an idea and turn it into:
* A Klaviyo flow
* A social post
* A landing page
* A buzzworthy campaign
You'll work across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email (Klaviyo), Website (Wix) — and soon TikTok — to:
* Promote our immersive experiences and events (like Dentown)
* Build our membership platform and online community
* Help define the voice, visuals, and energy of our brand
You’ll be supported by our founders and may also have access to volunteers or junior creatives to help execute certain tasks — this isn’t a one-person army role.
Most importantly, this is a foundational position in a fast-growing startup with a clear path to a future leadership or partnership opportunity.
What You'll Do
* Write and design content for emails, social media, web, and launches
* Build and manage Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and automations
* Update and optimize our Wix website — event pages, launches, membership flows
* Support the strategy and storytelling for our membership rollout
* Help shape the content experience of our immersive events and debates
* Coordinate campaign rollouts (speaker reveals, ticket launches, sponsor drops)
* Track performance metrics and iterate quickly

You’re Right For This If You:
* Are a true creator — you can write, design, and launch your own content
* Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Wix
* Love building experiences, not just running ads
* Have helped launch events, communities, or membership-based platforms
* Are excited by immersive, cultural, and cross-industry projects
* Are ready to grow into a strategic leadership or partner role
* Appreciate collaboration and are happy to guide/help manage occasional volunteers or creative interns
Bonus Points
* Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing skills
* Experience in live events, fashion, tech, or online communities
* You’ve helped grow a membership or platform audience from scratch
* You're great at writing human, fun, creative copy that sounds like real people talking
