Responsibilities
* Deliver a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester
* Manage allocations and lettings
* Sustain tenancy
* Safeguard tenants, address domestic abuse and contribute to community safety
* Handle environmental issues such as fly‑tipping and garden concerns
Qualifications
* Extensive housing management experience
* Valid driving licence and access to a car
