We are looking for graduates for our Planning Engagement team who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills for a diverse range of clients and projects.

What you will do (Day-to-day Activities)
* Help communities and stakeholders understand projects and how they may impact them by writing easy-to-understand communications.
* Provide stakeholders with opportunities to ask questions and give feedback through publishing communications, organising events, and helping to design and run surveys.
* Present feedback to help projects develop responsibly by understanding and coding data and helping prepare reports.
* Support your teams to deliver quality communications and engagement activities.
Projects
Engagement supports clients by demonstrating stakeholder engagement, sharing development plans, and collecting feedback to inform schemes. The team helps make technical information accessible and creates events, online content, and questionnaires to capture feedback while analysing data for reports.
Graduate Development Programme
Our two-year programme focuses on personal and professional development through blended learning, core business and professional skills training, mentoring, networking opportunities, and on-the-job experience.
What We Will Be Looking For
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
* Ability to indicate areas of the business that are relevant to you (Graduate brochure or Graduate Website guidance).
* Complete the application form in full and pass an online skill enabler assessment as part of the recruitment process.
* Start work in September 2026.
* Passion for consulting and engagement; interest in the built environment; creativity and problem-solving drive; willingness to share new ideas.
