Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Wigton
Location: Wigton
Hours Available: 37.5 per week (permanent) and 20 per week (temporary - 6 months minimum)

About The Role
We're recruiting a Support Worker for our Wigton service, where we help 5 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.
What will you do?
Support individuals to enjoy their daily lives
Join them on trips to local cafés
Help them take part in their favourite activities
Encourage independence and confidence every day
What's Great About This Service?
Always at least 2 staff on duty during the day and evening
1 staff member overnight (waking night shift)
A friendly, supportive team environment
Shift Patterns
Day: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Evening: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
Night: 9:45pm - 7:45am
Weekend work is shared fairly among the team.
