We specialise in Paid Social, PPC, CRM, email marketing, web design/management, venue launches and loyalty. Due to our experience in the sector, our work can vary from consultancy to hands on delivery of campaigns. Our approach is different from other agencies, we pride ourselves on tangible action over reports.
Our clients include Diecast, Ramona, The Firehouse, Comptoir PLC, Loungers PLC, Cosy Club + NQ64.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is our 4th hire. You’ll be at the heart of everything we do - building the best digital agency for hospitality. We’re currently at capacity and looking for a superstar to join the team, deliver fantastic work for clients and help drive our growth.
This is not an organic social / content creation role. Our focus is performance marketing, experience in Paid Social, PPC and/or CRM is essential.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be at the forefront of the business, a true right arm to ensuring a full satisfaction from our clients. Day-to-day tasks will be fluid as per our client's needs. As a brand new, fast-paced business, no day is the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Account management and point of contact for all clients that work with EDGEY
· Attend client meetings, strategy sessions + industry conferences building relationships with clients, industry partners and potential clients
· Analyse audiences, platforms, competitors and trends to create digital marketing audits / SWOTs for clients
· Support the delivery of client campaigns across organic social, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta advertising and other digital platforms
· Assist with website development projects, updates, maintenance + content creation needs for our clients
· Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to ensure we’re always one-step-ahead
· Establish and bolster commercial relationships with external suppliers, including ResDiary, AirShip, Wireless Social, FeeditBack and other hospitality tech platforms
· Support marketing delivery for the EDGEY brand, including email newsletters, portfolio, blogs + social content
· Assist with day-to-day business admin, including client liaison, meetings, planning + reporting
MUST HAVE:
· Passion for digital marketing and understanding of the hospitality industry
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing role
· Solid understanding of PPC + Paid Social
