The role of Bank Catering Assistant will include:
1. Helping to prepare meals and drinks, following food hygiene standards
2. Working with customers, families, advocates and staff to ensure a high standard of services
3. Undertaking general duties as assigned, such as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, communal areas and customers’ flats
4. Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment
5. Maintaining stock levels, restocking as required and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes
Skills and experiences:
6. Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
7. Some experience of working in a domestic/cleaning environment
8. Level 2 diploma in housekeeping, or willing to work towards
9. Good interpersonal and customer service skills
10. A general understanding of health and safety in the work place
