Aftersales Advisor – Slough Transit Centre
Join Allen Motor Group to deliver outstanding customer service in our Slough Transit Centre. As an Aftersales Advisor you will keep customers informed and ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Update customers on their vehicle status and any work that needs to be completed
* Record accurate and complete information in the system
* Book vehicles into the workshop and manage workshop queue
* Achieve performance targets by upselling parts and products
* Maintain GDPR compliance and data protection
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong attention to detail
* Background in customer service highly advantageous
* Experience using computer software systems
Compensation & Benefits
* £30,000 basic salary + OTE £35,500

Full-time permanent role, 46.33 hour week (Mon‑Fri + 1 in 3 Sat). Reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
