Our client operates exclusively in the Service Operations, AIOps, and Observability space, working with enterprise organisations across Europe to transform how they run and scale their IT operations. They are growing fast, their methodology is proven, and they are now looking for an exceptional Dynatrace specialist to lead their Dynatrace practice.
Morela offers a unique chance for Dynatrace experts to lead, build, and own a practice that balances technical execution and leadership. You will be hands‑on with clients, designing and deploying world‑class Dynatrace solutions, while simultaneously leading and growing a team of consultants and shaping the future direction of the practice.
What You Will Be Doing
* Leading the Dynatrace practice end to end – owning the technical direction, delivery standards, and growth of the function
* Designing, building, and deploying Dynatrace solutions for enterprise clients – leveraging the Davis AI engine for full‑stack observability, AIOps, and autonomous operations
* Acting as the senior technical authority on all Dynatrace engagements – from initial discovery and architecture through to production deployment and client enablement
* Working directly with enterprise clients at a senior level – running workshops, presenting solutions, and building lasting trusted advisor relationships
* Mentoring and developing a growing team of consultants, raising the technical bar across the practice
* Collaborating with the wider leadership team to define the Dynatrace go‑to‑market strategy and identify new opportunities
* Contributing to thought leadership, best practices, and the continued evolution of the company's proprietary Service Operations Framework
* Working closely with technology partners including BigPanda, Halo ITSM, and Datadog to deliver integrated observability solutions for clients
What They Are Looking For
* Deep hands‑on expertise in Dynatrace – deployment, configuration, Davis AI, full‑stack observability, cloud‑native environments, and AIOps integration
* Proven track record of delivering Dynatrace solutions in enterprise client environments – scale experience with measurable impact
* Strong client‑facing presence – comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level, running workshops, and presenting complex technical solutions in plain language
* Leadership experience – managed or mentored technical consultants and understand what it takes to build a high‑performing team
* Broad understanding of the Service Operations and AIOps landscape – familiarity with complementary platforms such as BigPanda, Datadog, ServiceNow, or Halo ITSM is a strong advantage
* A genuine passion for the move towards intelligent, autonomous IT operations – alignment with the company's vision
* Consultancy or professional services background preferred – ability to deliver in a client‑facing environment and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
* Based within commutable distance of London
* UK resident with full right to work – sponsorship is not available for this role
The Package
* Up to £130,000 base salary
* Hybrid – London based with client willingness to travel
