What you’ll be doing:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll own and deliver impactful marketing activity that aligns with commercial priorities.
You will:
1. Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing plans
2. Partner closely with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, and Propositions
3. Craft strategic marketing briefs and channel plans
4. Oversee delivery with our Campaign and Marketing Services teams
5. Track performance and ROI, ensuring activity lands on time and within budget
6. Act as a marketing business partner for key projects and forums
7. Champion collaboration, insight‑led planning, and marketing best practice
What we’re looking for:
Essential
8. Proven marketing experience with strong multi‑channel understanding
9. Knowledge of intermediary-led distribution models
10. Ability to juggle multiple projects at pace
11. Confident working in a matrixed, collaborative environment
12. Skilled in interpreting insight to shape marketing decisions
13. Strong senior stakeholder management
14. Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and buyer journeys
Nice to have
15. Experience in insurance
16. Background in sector‑specific campaign development
