What will you be doing?
5. Support our Partners and Directors on our approach for a particular client and then to manage delivery of this work
6. Support business development and grow revenues from the existing work portfolio
7. Use leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects
8. Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer, or analytics
9. Deliver high quality analysis that combines KPMG expertise and market insight with quantitative and qualitative analysis
What will you need to do it?
10. Strong expertise in HR Transformation, Learning solutions, Organisational Transformation, or Workforce Transformation
11. Experience of the core techniques of leadership alignment, case for change, stakeholder identification and management, sequencing for the change programme, communication and engagement, impact assessment, and planning people transition. In the area of technology implementation, we would expect experience of user adoption approaches including training and awareness.
12. The strongest candidates will have experience across all our capabilities, but we would also consider a deeper specialism in just one area
13. We are looking for candidates who understand the financial services environment and have undertaken consulting projects in one or more of the sub-sectors mentioned above
14. As this role is a Manager role, you will be expected lead and manage other more junior consultants. It is anticipated candidates will have experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm, or global consultancy. In-house consulting experience is also valued
